DARK SPACE TOTE
Sustainable tote bag upcycled from mesh banners hanging at the Coldplay Rose Bowl shows on 9/30 and 10/1, 2023. These are limited edition, and each reinvented tote is one-of-a-kind.
The Dark Space totes are cut from areas of the banners in the shadows of the figures or the night sky above the crowds where the predominant color is an inky blue or black background. Your tote will have a primarily dark body, perfect for Coldplay fans who appreciate the versatility of dark neutral colors.

IN SUPPORT OF
The Ocean Cleanup is an international non-profit project that develops and scales technologies to rid the world's oceans of plastic. They aim to achieve this goal by taking a two-pronged approach: stemming the inflow via rivers and cleaning up what has already accumulated in the ocean. For the latter, The Ocean Cleanup develops large-scale systems to efficiently concentrate the plastic for periodic removal. This plastic is tracked and traced through DNV's chain of custody model to certify claims of origin when recycling it into new products. To close the tap in rivers, The Ocean Cleanup has developed a portfolio of Interceptor™ Solutions to halt and extract riverine plastic before it reaches the ocean. Founded in 2013 by Boyan Slat, The Ocean Cleanup now employs a broadly multi-disciplined team of approximately 140. The foundation is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Your purchase of this tote both prevents and cleans up waste. Thank you for your commitment to the planet.
UPCYCLED MATERIAL
The banner is made from non-natural synthetic polyester mesh material (polyethylene terephthalate or PET), with a 25% air flow-thru. Following use, these banners are extremely difficult to recycle and would typically end up in a landfill.
YOUR IMPACT
Each tote diverts 23 tbsp of plastic from ending up in landfill.
